By purchasing a ticket or attending The Sunday Stretch, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Booking

All tickets must be booked in advance via our official booking platform.
Tickets are non-transferable unless you notify us via email at least 48 hours before the event.
Your ticket includes access to the Pilates class, art workshop, and food as outlined in the event description.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We offer full refunds for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event.
For cancellations within 72 hours of the event, refunds will not be issued. However, you may transfer your ticket to a friend (just let us know their name).
If the event is cancelled by us due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.

3. Health & Safety

You acknowledge that physical activity (including Pilates) involves risk. By participating, you confirm you are in good health and take full responsibility for your own well-being during the event.
Please inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before the session begins.
We will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained during the event.

4. Weather & Outdoor Policy

The event is planned outdoors. In case of poor weather, we will notify you at least 12 hours in advance if the location or date changes.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring your own mat if possible.

5. Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. These may be used for marketing or promotional purposes for Salty Supply or associated brands.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let a team member know on the day.

6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the event.

7. Code of Conduct

Please be kind, respectful, and mindful of others. We’re all here for a good time!
Any inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
