Step into the heat this Halloween with our immersive Guided Ritual Sauna experience led by Solace Sauna.
Over the course of an hour, you’ll be guided through a multi-sensory ritual designed to rejuvenate the body and calm the mind. Expect aromatic essential oils infused into the steam, mindful breathing and meditation, and the traditional art of whisking to circulate heat and energy throughout the sauna.
